Powder Coating

A durable, dry-applied finish for long-term protection.

A dry finishing process where finely ground powder is electrostatically applied to a metal surface and cured under heat to form a tough, even coating.

  • Strong resistance to chipping, scratching and fading
  • Even, dry-applied finish with no solvent drips or runs
  • Wide range of colours and textures (gloss, matte, textured)

CED Coating

Uniform, immersion-applied protection for corrosion resistance.

Cathodic Electrodeposition (CED / electrocoating) is an immersion process that deposits a uniform, water-based coating over the entire surface of a component — including internal cavities and recesses — using an electrical charge.

  • Coats complex shapes uniformly, including recesses and internal surfaces
  • Strong, consistent film thickness across the whole component
  • Widely used as a corrosion-protective base coat

Spray Painting

Flexible liquid finishing for colour, coverage and protection.

Industrial spray painting applies liquid paint in a controlled, even coat — offering flexibility in colour, finish and application to metal components and assemblies.

  • Wide flexibility in colour matching and finish
  • Suitable for parts and assemblies of varying sizes and shapes
  • Can be used for touch-up, large components, or where powder/CED is not suitable
